Does your school need financial assistance to bring
students to the 2026 Maine Engineers Week Expo?
Thanks to our generous sponsors, the Maine Engineering Promotional Council (MEPC) is offering bus grants of up to $500 per school to help offset transportation costs and make it possible for more students to attend and explore the exciting world of engineering.
Priority review will be given to applications submitted by February 25th, but grant requests will be accepted through the day of the Expo (February 21st). Applications received after that date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If your school has engineering-related projects, we’d love to feature them at the Expo. Schools are invited to showcase student projects by reserving a display table—please contact christopher.karlen@maine.edu if you’d like to participate.
It’s never too early to spark curiosity and excitement about the future. The Engineering Expo is one of Maine’s best opportunities for students to experience the creativity, collaboration, and real-world impact of engineering.
